　　Self-Service enables the client to come to our company for only one time (checking the original copy of the certificate, paying, and getting the translated/notarized certificate)
　　Instead, for the traditional way, the client need to come to our company twice, by giving us the certificate for the first time, and getting the translated/notarized certificate for the second time.

2. Cost-Saving
　　Self-Service can reduce the cost for translating the certificates by only correcting some small errors of the submitted certificate translation, with no need to a large amount of content about the client’s personal information, therefore, our certificate translation services can be offered at a relatively low price.

3. Quality-Improved
　　The traditional way of certificate translation/notarization requires the translation company to modify a large amount of personal information, which increases the likelihood of human errors.
　　Self-Service system has a large number of templates which not only save our translation time, but also greatly reduce the likelihood of human errors and increase the standardization and uniformity of the certificate translations.

4. Reusability-Improved
　　Self-Service allows us to store the certificate information into our database. When an old customer comes over for the second time, they only need to provide their names or contact information to find their previous translations, which greatly reduces the cost and the time.
